Mental Health Awareness Week
With project week steadfast approaching and finals week around the corner, stress can reach its highest peak and depression can set in. Come out to our Mental Health Awareness Week of events to learn how to cope with our many stressors.
Over this three day event has been broken up into three different segments. On day one we will cover what mental health is and how it relates to people of color. On day two we will discuss, coping methods healthy and unhealthy ones and how they affect our brains and bodies with interactive activities.
The last day will be attacking depression head on with a more healthier and active solution. This will be a dance class co-hosted with Main Attraction.
